THE WIT PROGRAM
Women of all ages and abilities are invited to participate in this program, from beginners to intermediate and advanced runners, run-walkers, and walkers. Mentors from the Albuquerque Road Runners Club lead track, road, and trail workouts designed to help new and returning participants improve form, endurance, and strength. Group sessions are held three times per week during the training program. Whether this is your first 5K or one of many, WIT is a great way to make some new friends and get to know Albuquerque's running community! GOAL RACE:
