Women of all ages and abilities are invited to participate in this program, from beginners to intermediate and advanced runners.
Participants meet for group sessions where mentors from the Albuquerque Road Runners Club lead warm-up exercises and running or walking workouts designed to help new and returning participants improve form, endurance, and strength. Optional group runs will be held three times a week during the training program.

WIT training will have three different training plans:
BEGINNER, INTERMEDIATE, and ADVANCED.
The intermediate and advanced programs will have speed work or interval work included in their schedules.
Participants will meet on:
Monday and Thursday evenings -- 6:15 pm
at Albuquerque Academy Track
Saturday mornings -- 7:00 am start (beginning June 6)
at various locations around town
