Group Runs

​Club members assemble for group runs to advance the social nature of the sport, and we invite people of all abilities to participate.

 ALL ARE WELCOME - you need not be a member of ARR! Be sure to contact the person listed for details.​

Monday Evening Trail Run

​​Monday Evening Trail Runs will resume March 9, the day after daylight savings time begins.

Peter will still be running the trails at 5:30 Monday evenings in the dark (with a light!). If you are interested in joining, please contact him. He is slow and likes company!

Saturday Morning Run

Every Saturday - Starts at 7:30 am year-round.

• The ARR Saturday morning group encourages ALL AGES and ALL PACES to join us for a run or walk!
• Visitors and non-members encouraged to join us as well!

• We rotate through seven different routes in sequence. With many different paces, we get spread out along the route, but pause periodically to regroup. Distance can be modified to suit your needs.

• Join the group for breakfast after the run!​​​

​​Sunday Morning Run

​Join us for a  4-6 mile run/walk with multiple rest breaks.

• ​​Meet at 8:30 am ​during WINTER HOURS (from mid-October through Memorial Day) at the Sunward Credit Union at 8920 Holly NE,​ near Trader Joe's, corner of Paseo del Norte and Ventura NE. ​(SUMMER HOURS: Run begins at 7:30 am from Memorial Day through mid-October)​
• We rotate through 6 routes (see schedule below - click on Route name to view map). ALL include hills! Distance can be modified to suit your needs. 
• All routes begin and end at the Sunward Bank parking lot.
• Go for coffee/breakfast afterwards...optional but fun!
