ARR MONTHLY MEETING

Join us for a talk by Tom Besson (former ARR President) as he presents some balance exercises and resistance training moves learned from physical therapy that have helped his running form. He'll even have free exercise mats and resistance bands for the first 15 people who arrive for the meeting!

Albuquerque Road Runners Club membership meetings are held each month on a weekday evening (usually the second Wednesday of the month). Locations may vary and will be announced here and by email and social media.

​​Club members are encouraged to attend ARR's monthly meetings to learn what's happening in the running community, and to find out what the Club has accomplished and has planned for the month. At meetings, you can socialize with old friends and make new connections.

Prospective and new members are welcome to attend and introduce themselves, meet fellow runners, and get involved with the many fun and rewarding activities the Club has to offer. Meetings generally last about an hour and often feature a speaker.
