WEEKEND GROUP RUNS - ABQ Road Runners
Saturdays at 7:30 am. Various locations and distances. 
Sundays at 8:30 am (7:30 am between Memorial Day and Labor Day (summer). Various distances. Meet at Sandia Labs CU on Holly NE near Ventura.

SIX PACK RUNNING SERIES  by Heart & Sole Running Shop​
Hosted by CANTEEN BREWHOUSE, Six Pack Series is in its 3rd year.
Join us for a fun 5K benefiting a rotating charity. The Run/Walk is an out-and-back 5K course along the Diversion Channel adjacent to Canteen Brewhouse. Your $10 registration includes the Run, a Pint, and a Donation to our beneficiary. If you run all six events, you will receive some sweet swag!

​FULL MOON RUN by Heart & Sole Running Shop
 "Open-to-Everybody" Community get together for fun and fitness!
Once a month, free and open to all (kids and dogs included). Info on Heart & Sole facebook page as full moon date approaches. Run/Walk for 40 minutes at your own pace - 20 minutes out and 20 minutes back.​

RUNNING MEDICINE

Welcomes runners and walkers of all ages, speeds, and fitness levels, including kids and families. Running Medicine is based on the understanding that running and exercise is a beautiful and potent medicine for mind, body, and spirit. RUNNING 505 for 5th - 8th grade runners

Running 505 is a grassroots community wellness program for youth.  Running 505 has two programs: Running Girls 505 and Running Guys 505. Each program is designed for youth to learn from, get motivated with, and become inspired through educational lessons and physical activity.
